You will shape how global brands create, manage, adapt, and distribute digital assets at scale.Responsibilities:Define the next generations of Cloudinary’s services to expand our leadership in image and video managementCreate detailed product requirements for new features, API capabilities, SDK interfaces, and development framework integrationsPartner closely with other Cloudinary product groups to evolve and scale the Platform Media Management APIsLead the integration of AI capabilities, including generative media, intelligent automation, and next-generation Cloudinary AI Agents for developers and enterprise workflowsBuild and maintain a product roadmap aligned with product leadership and the company’s executive strategyWork directly with customers to improve adoption, understand use cases, and influence roadmap and product directionConduct continuous analysis of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform future product decisionsDefine and track key product metrics that guide product success and prioritizationCollaborate with internal and external R&D stakeholders, Technical Writing, UI/UX, Customer Success, Solutions, Support, and MarketingServe as a core member of the Product team, becoming the subject matter expert and a strong advocate for the Cloudinary Developer CommunityRequirements:5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Architect of modern web applications and services3+ years of experience as a Product Manager responsible for a SaaS productStrong understanding of the full product lifecycle: strategy, definition, UX/UI, engineering, QA, and deliveryHighly technical, with hands-on experience in modern web technologies and complex architecturesHigh proficiency in AI-driven workflows - including the use of LLMs, AI-assisted coding tools, and generative AI - with the ability to adopt emerging AI capabilities early and leverage them to increase team velocity and product innovationGenuine Agile mindset and experience driving Agile processes to improve collaboration and deliveryQuick learner with strong decision-making ability in complex and dynamic environmentsNaturally curious, proactive, and detail-orientedStrong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceFluent English, written and verbalNice to Have:Experience managing Product-Led Growth (PLG) productsFamiliarity with developer-first ecosystems, complex API platforms, and media management solutionsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
