Develop new products according to changing customer needs & conduct research on new product development & market situation on a continuous basis.Roles And ResponsibilitiesDefining the vision - Research Fin-techs, Banking, E-commerce and other leading apps to find the best fit experience for customers in all tech and non-tech aspects.Manage product backlog - Define, detail, and prioritize the product backlog across the financial year with a quantitative and qualitative view on value being delivered periodically.Ideate, innovate, and implement new products as relevant in eco system with twin benefit to Bank and customer.Optimize the customer engagement funnels.Implementation of Business funnels.Enabling Fin-techs & partnerships integrationsProduct/Feature backlog mgmt.Delivery prioritization.Squad level cost & Efficiency mgmt.Productivity & capacity mgmt.UI/UX & accessibility.Bugs backlog management.Delivery & internal impediments.Campaign enablement.Customer communication Enablement.Create value of end user.Backlog prioritization.Educational QualificationsGraduation: Any GraduatePost Graduation: Any post-graduateProfessional Qualification/Certification: Any Professional DegreeExperience5-10 years of relevant experience in product management role
