This role goes beyond traditional project management - driving strategic coordination, budget alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery across all client programs.What You’ll DoManage multiple SOWs within large client accountsEnsure all projects are delivered on time and on budgetCoordinate across Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, and Project Management teamsServe as the main point of contact for complex accountsSource and manage external partners when neededTrack budgets, risks, and overall program performanceSupport and guide Project Managers as neededWhat We’re Looking For5+ years in Program, Account, or Project Management (marketing or agency experience preferred)Proven success managing multi-layered client programsStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience leading cross-functional teams and vendor relationshipsStrategic thinker with attention to detail and delivery excellenceFamiliarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.)Why usUnlimited Time Off & Sick DaysFlexible hoursFully remote (with the possibility to work from anywhere)High opportunity for growth!
