Contract TypePermanentCountryMEXICOLocationGuadalajaraYour opportunityThe Lead Project Manager (LPM) is responsible to plan, organize, staff, and monitor all Services Project activities on his/her assigned Zone/Region. With his/her technical skills and expertise, the LPM has the important role of assisting the After-Sales Managers & Directors in selling Services projects. The LPM is accountable externally for customer’s satisfaction and internally for the compliance with the QTC-S process or other intra-group processes.Your MissionDrives direct reports and operates according to the QTC-S processPlanning: Establishes steps and timetables for achieving results required by his superiorOrganizing & Staffing: Establishes a structure for accomplishing plan requirements & staffs/makes recommendation accordinglyTraining: Helps define necessary means and needs in terms of training in order to respond to Group targetsObjective setting : Contributes in objectives setup of subordinates following Group's overall goals; Sets personal development;Controlling: Monitors results vs plan by measuring performance on a periodic basisProblem solving: Identify deviations, and then plan and organize to solve problemsKeeps control over day-to-day activities (1st contact to ASM/ASD, customer presentation, RFQ assigt, workload, escalation)Responds to KPI feedback/monitoring (TTQ, Hit ratio, …)Carries the expertise to manage complex projects such as large Packaging, Molds, LI and/or LC projectsCarries the responsibility and accountability of a Project Manager when managing large/complex projectsYour ProfileBachelor Degree or equivalent Language: Spanish and English. Other languages French or Italian is a plus5+ years experience in project management with strong technical expertise Experienced in Sidel Services Portfolio Ability to read and interpret Engineering document such as operating and maintenance instructions, assembly dwg..
