Company DescriptionForex Company Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Recruiter based in Limassol Municipality. As a Lead Recruiter, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Key responsibilities include identifying hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with department managers to fulfill staffing requirements. You will also play a critical role in improving recruitment processes and mentoring junior recruiters on best practices. Qualifications Strong skills in talent acquisition, sourcing, and screening candidatesProficiency in interviewing and evaluating candidatesExperience in workforce planning and recruitment strategy developmentAbility to develop and maintain a strong employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide recruiting teamsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related recruitment toolsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in a recruiting or HR leadership role is a significant advantage
