EMCD is a global Web3 infrastructure company building a complete ecosystem that includes Pool, Coinhold, Wallet, Exchange, and P2P products.We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead, innovate, and scale our global hiring function. This is a key strategic role for someone ready to build modern, data-driven recruitment practices, partner closely with business leaders, and help shape the future of EMCDs global team.Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving recruitment excellence across multiple functions and regions.Manage the end-to-end hiring cycle from talent mapping and sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and onboarding.Conduct hiring briefings and calibration sessions with managers to ensure clear, aligned expectations.Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (X-ray, Boolean, and international search) to attract top global talent.Analyze key hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-informed process improvements.Strengthen EMCDs employer brand through meaningful candidate experiences and targeted recruitment marketing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve recruitment workflows and tools.Requirements:5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within tech, Web3, or sales-driven environments.Proven success in closing Senior and Executive-level roles across multiple markets.Advanced or Native level of English, plus proficiency in another language.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of translating metrics into strategic insights.High level of self-management, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Expertise in direct sourcing, ATS management, and candidate engagement techniques.Challenges and Impact:Scaling EMCDs team globally with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.Designing recruitment frameworks that are both agile and data-backed.Shaping how hiring decisions are made with transparency, structure, and strategic alignment.Playing a key role in positioning EMCD as an employer of choice in the Web3 and fintech ecosystem.What we offer: Fully remote position work from anywhere in the world.Flexible schedule Monday to Friday, 8-hour workday.Competitive compensation package base salary + KPI + project-based bonuses.Extended time off 20 paid vacation days + 12 additional recovery days.Professional growth ownership of strategic projects, exposure to global hiring, and continuous learning opportunities.Global impact contribute directly to building a world-class, data-driven recruitment engine for EMCD.Join EMCD a global Web3 ecosystem spanning mining, fintech, and crypto solutions and help us shape the future of scalable, data-driven hiring.
