Our team provide technical expertise to meet our client expectation in electrical submersible pumps with Artificial Lift requirement. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.Partner with the bestAs a Lead Sales Specialist - Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for:Selling to named accountsHandling products and systems requiring technical knowledge.Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions.Handling diverse clients in a region.Cooperating with technical sales support to realize sales.Leading a department with large estimated orders.Handling local focus on medium size territoryFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor’s Degree and major in Engineering Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, or related is preferred . Have a minimum 5 years of experience in the Artificial Lift business. Sales experience is preferred.Be a good team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environmentDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).Display a customer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationshipsDemonstrate the ability to be proactive, flexible and a self-starterHave good attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
