Our license to operate depends on delivering silent running in the most efficient manner.As the FBT organization continues to grow, it has the opportunity to deliver additional value in five core areas:Risk and Control: Enhancing bp's business and system controls through improved governance and global process designs.Process Effectiveness: Increasing cash and working capital delivery and improving process reliability.Process Efficiency: Driving global process commonality and incorporating these into ERP systems and continuous improvement activities.Quality Service: Delivering enhanced customer services through well-trained, professional people.Capability: Developing future leaders through talent management and deep expertise in process domains.In This Role You WillDevelop an unconstrained 24-month plan for stock movements across the European distribution network. Create a feasible packed goods deployment plan to maximize stock availability and minimize obsolescence. Manage production planning processes for assigned SKUs, ensuring alignment with demand and inventory targets. Review supply shortage alerts daily, take corrective actions, and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives. Collaborate with Demand Managers to ensure effective demand control processes. Represent planning in monthly S&OP meetings and weekly demand control meetings. Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage excess stock and SLOBS through corrective actions. Work closely with NPI & Product Lifecycle teams to integrate product plans into production schedules. Ensure data accuracy in planning systems and master data management. Support crisis management and continuity of supply during disruptions.
