We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment strategies, build high-performing teams, and ensure a seamless hiring process across multiple business units.Role OverviewAs the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own the entire recruitment function, removing all TA-related workload from the Chief of Staff and Managing Director. You will lead a remote team of three and manage the full recruitment pipeline for over 50+ hires annually with an average of 1,000+ candidates per month across Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance, and more. Additionally, you will oversee a high-volume intern program, hiring and managing 40+ interns per quarter while ensuring structured onboarding, offboarding, and development.Your role will require strong operational, stakeholder management, and process automation skills to drive efficiency, accountability, and high-performance hiring outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy Lead end-to-end recruitment for Wonder Group, ensuring streamlined and effective hiring processes. Own and optimize the recruitment pipeline, handling high-volume hiring while maintaining quality control and candidate experience. Implement data-driven hiring strategies, utilizing analytics to improve sourcing, selection, and conversion rates. Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations across diverse functions. Leverage AI, automation, and technology-driven systems to scale and optimize recruitment efforts. Intern Program Leadership Oversee a robust internship program managing 40+ interns per quarter. Own the onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and career progression of interns. Develop structured training, mentorship, and engagement strategies to maximize intern contributions. Team Leadership & Operations Ensure team alignment with hiring strategies, recruitment goals, and performance KPIs. Drive a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement in the TA function. Build scalable TA systems that reduce manual workload through automation and process efficiencies. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement Manage and negotiate remotely with stakeholders and leadership teams, ensuring alignment and commitment to hiring objectives. Partner closely with department heads and senior executives to anticipate hiring needs and workforce planning. Communicate market trends, hiring challenges, and recruitment insights to influence leadership decisions. RequirementsKey Skills & Experience 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR, preferably in a high-growth environment. Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing TA team remotely. Experience managing high-volume hiring pipelines (1,000+ applicants/month). Strong operational mindset – automation, systems, and process optimization. Ability to handle complex stakeholder negotiations at the executive level. Hands-on experience with ATS, HR tech tools, and automation platforms. Strong analytical and data-driven approach to recruitment strategy.
