Lead Treasury Specialist

With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About the role:As a Lead Treasury Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.Responsibilities:Lead communication with banks, coordinate annual KYC, UBO requests for the whole Ciklum Group’s banks, manage the Salary Project in UAOversee debt portfolio and ensure compliance with the credit agreement terms3m, monthly and weekly payment forecast/plan for Ciklum GroupWork side-by-side with the Unified Accounting Unit (i.e., global accounting shared service center) to increase the efficiency of the accounts payable functionImplementation of the internal controls within the treasury functionWork closely with the procurement and business process automation teams to maintain the Procure-to-Pay (p2p) module in the Navision ERP systemReview and analyze the budget utilization report (p2p)Support business with p2p requests (issues with PR/PO), oversee P2P support channelMonitor p2p efficiency (review and analysis “not closed PR/PO”, p2p SLA reports, etc.)Moderation of the Cost Approval Matrix module in Navision (department structure, department approvers, cost lines, etc.)Manage the treasury teamRequirements:Knowledge and Professional Qualifications:3+ years of proven experience in treasury / corporate finance functionMaster/Bachelor degree in economics or financeEnglish language (Upper Intermediate)Good understanding of IFRS and general accountingMS Office / Google Sheets (Advanced)ACCA student (preferable)Technical skills/Job Specific skills:Self-organization, time management, teamworkThe ability to prioritize and plan work effectivelyThe ability to meet deadlinesWorks remotely, independently, and proactivelyPersonal skills:Provides consistently high-quality serviceIs patient, understanding, and sympathetic to company needsThe ability to build and maintain a personal and good relationship with colleaguesThe ability to act and communicate appropriately with colleagues in resolving concernsUses language and style of communication appropriatelyIs fluent, clear, and concise in written and oral communicationWhat`s in it for you?Care: your mental and physical health is our priority.
