Reporting to our VP of Design & Brand Experience, you'll be instrumental in creating intuitive, powerful interfaces that make complex GPU cloud infrastructure accessible to developers, data scientists, and enterprise teams worldwide.This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and human-centered design, where your work will directly impact how the world’s leading technology companies interact with mission-critical AI infrastructure. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to solve complex design challenges in an emerging market with massive growth potential.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoffDesign enterprise-grade dashboards and interfaces that simplify complex GPU cloud management workflowsCreate and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across our growing product suiteCollaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutionsConduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify optimization opportunitiesMentor junior designers and contribute to building our design culture as we scalePartner with product management to translate business requirements into compelling user experiencesEssential Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably in IaaS, SaaS, or cloud infrastructureProven track record designing complex enterprise dashboards and data-heavy interfacesExpert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaborative design workflowsStrong foundation in visual design principles, user experience methodology, and rapid prototypingExperience with project management tools (Jira or equivalent) and familiarity with version control systems (GitHub)Additional/Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the GPU cloud, high-performance computing, or AI/ML infrastructure spaceFront-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for enhanced design-engineering collaborationInteraction design, custom illustration, and motion design capabilitiesBackground working with developer-focused products or technical enterprise softwarePersonal Attributes:Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for user needsCollaborative mindset and experience working effectively in cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsPassion for emerging technology and eagerness to learn about GPU computing and AI infrastructureWe’re looking for resilient, adaptable people to join our team—folks who enjoy collaborating and tackling tough challenges.
