Job Title: Leak Test LeadIndustry: Oilfield / Energy SectorContract Duration: 1 Year (Renewable Based on Performance & Project Needs)Location: Western Desert, EgyptCompany Type: Multinational Oilfield Services CompanyPosition Overview:The Leak Test Lead will be responsible for supervising and executing all leak testing activities for piping and process systems within oil and gas facilities. This role ensures the integrity, safety, and compliance of the systems prior to commissioning. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in piping or process engineering and proven experience in leak testing operations in the oilfield industry.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review Leak Test package markup drawings in accordance with project specifications.Develop leak test procedures and method statements ensuring compliance with HSE and client requirements.Prepare and analyze test reports using chart recorders and other monitoring instruments for each test package.Maintain and update PSV (Pressure Safety Valve) register lists.Verify calibration certificates for instruments and equipment involved in testing.Identify and manage exceptions and exemptions during leak test execution.Ensure all piping material classifications are properly reviewed and documented before testing.Coordinate with QA/QC, Mechanical, and Commissioning teams to ensure smooth test execution.Ensure safety and environmental standards are met throughout testing activities.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Piping, or Process Engineering (or related field).Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Leak Test activities within the oilfield or petrochemical industry.Strong knowledge of piping systems, pressure testing standards, and HSE compliance.Experience with commissioning and pre-commissioning phases.Proficient in reading P&ID drawings and technical documentation.Excellent analytical and reporting skills.Strong leadership and communication abilities.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Job Title: Process LeadIndustry: Oilfield / Energy SectorContract Duration: 1 Year (Renewable Based on Performance & Project Needs)Location: Western Desert, EgyptCompany Type: Multinational Oilfield Services CompanyPosition Overview:The Process Lead will oversee all process-related commissioning and operational testing activities within gas or oil processing facilities. This role requires a deep understanding of chemical and process engineering, startup procedures, and commissioning protocols. The candidate will lead operational readiness efforts and ensure all process systems are tested and commissioned in compliance with project and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed Operational Test Procedures for process units.Develop and maintain markup P&ID drawings reflecting commissioning and operational changes.Prepare startup isolation lists (LO/LC) and ensure proper implementation.Oversee chemical cleaning procedures and ensure compliance with safety and process standards.Conduct chemical calculations related to process parameters and performance.Supervise commissioning and pre-commissioning activities for process, piping, and mechanical systems.Verify and monitor Control Narrative checks during commissioning.Ensure full awareness and adherence to gas plant process operations and safety regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Instrumentation, and HSE departments.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in process commissioning, preferably in gas plants or oilfield facilities.Strong knowledge of process systems, chemical cleaning, and startup operations.Experience with LOTO (Lock Out / Tag Out) procedures and control systems verification.Excellent understanding of P&IDs, process control narratives, and commissioning workflows.Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.Excellent communication in English (both verbal and written).
