We’re Hiring: Lead Teacher – Kipinä Kids Eco Majestic, Semenyih (Selangor)Are you a passionate educator who believes that anything is possible when it comes to nurturing young minds?Kipinä Kids, the world’s fastest-growing Finnish-inspired international preschool network, is looking for a Lead Teacher to join our flagship campus in Eco Majestic, Semenyih.About the RoleThe Lead Teacher plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the successful implementation of the Kipinä Programme across all age levels. You’ll guide, coach, and inspire teachers and teaching assistants, ensuring that our high-quality, play-based learning philosophy is evident in every classroom.You will:Oversee curriculum planning and classroom implementation across the nursery.Train, mentor, and evaluate teachers and teaching assistants.Lead classroom management and programme quality audits.Support teacher recruitment and contribute to academic resource planning.Collaborate with the Principal to uphold and enhance Kipinä’s educational standards.Who You AreA confident, accomplished educator with strong instructional leadership skills.Passionate about early childhood education and developing others.A great communicator, problem solver, and planner.Warm, kind, and community-minded in dealing with children, parents, and staff.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education.Minimum four years of teaching experience, with some leadership or mentoring experience.Excellent command of written and spoken English (native-level proficiency preferred).Positive, proactive, and ready to grow with a dynamic international preschool.Location: Kipinä Kids Eco Majestic, SemenyihReports to: PrincipalIf you’re ready to inspire teachers, delight children, and make a real impact in early education, we’d love to hear from you.
