Regional Finance Manager

OverviewThis role serves as the financial backbone for regional operations across Southeast Asia, overseeing financial governance, reporting, and control for large-scale solar projects. The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance professional with listed company experience, adept at managing complex reporting structures and ensuring transparency and compliance.Responsibilities Project Costing & Construction Finance Lead budgeting and cost tracking for utility-scale solar projects Forecast expenditures across procurement and construction phases Implement cost control frameworks and support investment reviews Cash flow & Treasury Manage multi-project cash flow forecasts and working capital needs Coordinate with banks on funding, guarantees, and FX hedging strategies Financial Reporting & Compliance Deliver monthly financials, project P&Ls, and cash flow dashboards Ensure statutory, tax, and audit compliance across jurisdictions Liaise with auditors on both project-level and corporate matters Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with project, procurement, and engineering teams to align financial strategy with execution Support regional finance leadership and present performance insights to senior stakeholders Requirement Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred) 8+ years in financial management, reporting, and project finance Proven experience in construction finance and treasury operations Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
