Collaborate closely with Product Managers and the production team to plan, coordinate, and execute successful product launches. Project Scheduling & Communication: Develop and maintain product launch schedules, ensuring timely communication and alignment across all internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and sales teams. Product Information Management: Accurately input and manage product information within our back-end systems and across various online platforms, ensuring consistency and accessibility. Marketing & Cross-functional Support: Provide essential operational support to the marketing department, facilitating coordination with external partners, vendors, and internal teams to execute marketing initiatives. Procurement & Resource Coordination:

Initiate and manage procurement requests (PRs) for departmental needs, including the production of educational materials, textbooks, and other necessary equipment. Administrative & Document Management: Oversee the organization and management of various departmental documents, including marketing-related materials and accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Operational Support: Assist with other operational tasks and special projects as assigned to support the overall efficiency and goals of the product and marketing teams. What You’ll BringBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

1+ years of relevant professional experience in a business operations, project coordination, or product support role. Familiarity with CRM systems and an understanding of Social Media trends and best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and external partners.
