Learning & Development Partner $110kCharterhouse are supporting a leading European Bank in their search for a Leaning & Development lead to report to the Head of HR in an individual contributor role. This personThis person will support around 200 and work closely with stakeholders to develop and roll out training and development frameworks and DEI Strategies.ResponsibilitiesProvide Training & Development Needs assessment and identify skills gaps and training requirements to encourage continuous learning.Design learning curriculums and deliver for onboarding, Hi-Potential programs and leadership developmentConduct reviews of training providers and make recommendations for new courses and evaluate the effectivenessDevelop and implement the DEI programs, promoting diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives.Ensure effective implementation of the learning methodologies such as e-learning, and in-person training and the blended learning solutions.Manage the internal communications such as intranet and newsletters relating to L&D initiativesEnsure reviews on evaluations including engagement surveys, Mentorship and appraisals.Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of all training programs and tracking of all programsAttributesAt least 6 years of Learning and Development facilitation and administrationRevant degree in business or human resourcesPrior L&D experience from Banking or Financial ServiesExcellent written & Verbal communication skillsEA License No: 16S8066Registration No: R1879088
