This is open for Full time with outstanding growth opportunities.Job Description:Expected High-level Skills And ExperienceProgram and project managementStakeholder managementChange management and problem solvingStrategic thinking (i.e., well-rounded learning plan rather than just chasing numbers)Commercial awarenessData analytics (ability to dig into trends and forecast)Attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent executive communication skills, both written and oralTact and persuasive abilityIT and presentation skillsHighly collaborative across various business functionsSelf-motivationExperience working with a tech organization (i.e., partner)Sales background strongly encouragedCloud Digital Leader (CDL) certification preferredExpected tasks and responsibilitiesConduct partner needs analysis (discovery and scoping)Propose strategic learning plans to all internal and external stakeholdersPrescribe relevant learning based on scope and workload (such as certifications, solutions, products, etc.)Identify and qualify relevant learner audiences within partnersBuild custom partner learning plans, where required, based on the results of scoping/needs analysis and business priorityMonitor learner progress and detect any issuesFlag issues and create plans to resolve themMonitor and analyze learning stats for data-driven decisionsSet expectations with partners on support level/cadenceMeet regularly with key individuals at partner firmsAssess pros and cons of possible strategiesExplore business problems and create different solution modelsAttend meetings and compile and present information verbally, visually, and in writing to keep partners and internal stakeholders up to date on progressMake recommendations for improvement and present to partners and internal stakeholdersImplement agreed-upon solutionsDevelop and implement new procedures and/or training to support proposed changesSkills And QualificationsWe are looking for individuals with the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:5+ years relevant experience in Learning and Development 3+ years designing and architecting Enterprise Learning Solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a smart, assertive personality Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while working from vision through executionStorytelling (written and oral) Bachelor’s Degree in Learning and Development, Adult Learning Theory, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (required) Zensar encourages our employees to seek higher education and training.
