You'll collaborate closely across teams, partnering with operations leaders, peer coordinators, and cross-functional teams to deploy and optimise learning programs that directly impact our ability to exceed customer expectations.Key job responsibilitiesFacilitate in-station training classes as neededAdapt your approach to different learning styles, taking a hands-on approach to show what great looks likeMonitor adherence to standard work and provide real-time feedback to associatesLead learning and operational audits, staying connected to operations through regular participation in process pathsBuild trusted partnerships with teams to coordinate training events based on site and regional needsCollaborate with the wider Delivery Services Learning Team on regional projects and best practice sharingServe as the go-to resource for training-related questions across your siteEscalate barriers effectively to the Learning Manager or appropriate escalation pointEnsure learning experience areas are organised, prepared, and ready to support all training activitiesFacilitate certified job and compliance training, including badge creation, data entry, and retrainsBasic Qualifications Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement Experience in the areas of management and leadership development, organization development, learning and development, group facilitation, training and training design Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and platforms 1+ years of technical work with computer systems and technology components, or 2+ years of Amazon experience Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels Skilled in data analysis and visualisationPreferred Qualifications Experience in logistics Experience with data analysis Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience analyzing data and creating reports for leadershipAcknowledgement Of CountryIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
