Play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforceHelp foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within VMCHEnjoy excellent not-for-profit salary packaging benefitsAbout the roleAs a Learning & Development Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for L&OD inquiries, providing friendly and efficient support to staff and stakeholdersAdministration: Coordinate and schedule training sessions, manage logistics, maintain accurate training records, and prepare reportsBudget Management: Track training expenses and ensure timely processing of invoicesProject Participation: Assist with system integrations and the enhancement of training resourcesAbout youTo be successful in this position, you will possess the following:Advanced Microsoft Office skillsPrevious administrative experience with a strong customer service focusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and consult effectively with a diverse range of peopleStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently, show high levels of initiative, prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlinesWillingness to learn new skills and participate in projects that contribute to continuous improvement Why VMCH?Because the people we employ make it a great place to work!
