Based in Shanghai or Beijing, this role will work closely with the China Learning & Leadership Team, People & Culture Business Partners and Retail Area Director to implement strategic learning solutions and priorities to cope with rapid business growth.A Day In The Life Work in partnership with China Area Leaders to collaboratively develop strategies that align with and address key area learning needs Create and implement a comprehensive learning strategy for the region. Adapt and facilitate core programs to support the functional and leadership growth of our retail teams Ensure all training programs/projects/experiences are implemented according to plan Conduct needs analysis in partnership with L&L Manager to prioritize learning needs while consistently visiting stores to check and verify content fits the business need Measure and monitor training effectivenessQualifications Recommended 5+ years solid training experience, coaching and instructional design Project Management: Must be proactive, highly motivated and collaborative. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for detail. Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritization skills. Strong problem solving, customer service and analytical skills Exceptional Communication Skills both written and verbal.
