Learning & Performance Management Manager

ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development Conduct training needs assessments across departments. Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with business goals. Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and impact on performance. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with learning policies. Performance Management Lead the annual KPI setting process in collaboration with department heads. Monitor and track employee performance against KPIs. Facilitate performance reviews and provide guidance to managers. Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement actions. Support managers in coaching and development plans for staff. Continuous Improvement Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Collaborate with HR and leadership to align learning and performance strategies with organizational goals. Requirements And QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in learning & development or performance management. Strong understanding of training methodologies and performance frameworks. Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
