Job Description
Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupport holistic testing efforts for multiple projects and software releases, including integration, systems, regression, performance & end user- acceptance testingExecute and maintain test plan, test scenarios, test cases and test scriptsPerform and participate in front-end and back- end testingDocument and evaluate test results and defects, track and manage defects and work with development team and business to troubleshoots issuesProvide testing estimates for assigned workMaintain traceability of requirements through test plans and casesWork very closely with IT teams to understand business requirements and create business requirements and functional design documentsCreate and present functional and technical design including data analysis to business team, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approachWork with Development team to build/test the application platform based on business requirements.Perform gap analysis: as is vs. to be and facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshopDocument functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business casesManage relationships with multiple teams for new solution features and technical supportJob RequirementsUniversity graduate student in the field of Computer Science, IT, Mathematics and Business AdministrationMinimum of 2 years of experience with business analysis and requirements managementMinimum of 1 year of experience with supporting complex business systems and processesAbility to interpret and/or discuss technical information with a non-technical audienceProject management and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to learn new technology quicklyExcellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent experience leading requirement discovery working sessions with an audience of business and technologyGood experience translating the results of requirements discovery sessions into requirements documentationAble to prioritize and execute tasks in a high- pressure environmentAbility to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAbility to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly languageHighly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detailHow To ApplyOnly candidates who have been selected for an interview will be contacted.Deadline on August 30, 2019 but the qualified candidate can be contacted and interviewed before the Due Date.Women and people with disability are strongly encouraged to apply for the open jobs.Interested candidate, please submit CV & Cover Letter by using the contact details below.Company DescriptionFirst Womentech Asia (FWTA) as a like-to-be “the first class IT Solutions and Consulting firm” is led by an IT female-oriented team whose its members are included of a veteran female IT engineer, handful senior developers, professional coding staff and designers.
