We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our reputed client.We're looking for an experienced Leasing Administrator to manage residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal occupancy, seamless lease operations, and tenant satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end leasing processes, including negotiations, renewals, and tenant managementMarket properties, generate leads, and manage broker relationshipsOversee facility upkeep and coordinate maintenance with vendorsEnsure full legal compliance and accurate lease documentationSupport financial tracking, rent collection, and MIS reporting.What We’re Looking For:10+ years of experience in leasing/property management within the UAEStrong knowledge of RERA laws and leasing systems (Yardi, SAP, etc.)Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skillsBachelor's in Business, Real Estate, or Facilities Management Professional certifications preferred: RERA Certified, CPM, or similar.
