ABOUT OUR CLIENTA diversified, long-established Vietnamese conglomerate operating across real-estate, industrial manufacturing and renewable energy. The group is expanding its real-estate portfolio and seeks an experienced leasing leader to drive leasing strategy and commercial performance for its retail assets.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute leasing strategy for shopping mall and ground-floor shophouse areas (space planning, tenant mix, commercial setup).Produce market research and feasibility studies; prepare business plans and present proposals to senior management.Source, negotiate and close lease deals to ensure full occupancy of retail floors and shophouse units.Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants, partners and broker networks; expand marketing and sales channels.Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal, property management) to deliver smooth onboarding and after-lease tenant care.Monitor portfolio performance, identify revenue optimization opportunities and implement actions to meet leasing targets.Design and roll out tenant-attraction marketing programs that also support tenant revenue growth.Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Board.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in retail leasing (shopping malls / shophouses), including at least 2 years in a management role.Deep knowledge of the Vietnamese commercial real-estate market and relevant real-estate law.Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder-management skills; ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.Results-oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Business English proficiency required.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive salary package (gross base salary up to 40M) plus scheme commission.Standard full-time employment with competitive salary and annual performance bonuses.12 days paid annual leave + statutory public holidays (Vietnam).Company equipment support and licensed access to professional editing software and AI tools.Career growth: opportunities to lead teams and shape production workflows.Team events, training allowance and a collaborative, creative working culture.If you are interested in applying for this opportunity, please send your most updated resume & portfolio to our Recruitment Consultant Mr. Cao Tam at tam.do@adecco.com or +84 339 482 658.
