We create optimal and sustainable solutions for housing and aim to be a leader in quality projects in Vietnam.The combination of local and international experience and expertise enables us to build homes that compliment Vietnamese family culture, while providing higher living standards.Currently, we are looking for Corporate Strategy Assistant Manager to join our team.Responsibilities:As a Corporate Strategy Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our real estate development portfolio from concept to execution. This position offers exposure to strategic decision-making, government relations, and investment structuring, providing a unique platform for professional growth in the property development industry.1. Strategic & Legal AdvisoryAssess and evaluate potential residential development opportunities from a strategic and legal perspective. Lead the review of project legal frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities to facilitate smooth project approvals and resolve potential issues. Provide legal and regulatory insights to support project direction and investment strategies. 2. Investment & Feasibility AnalysisConduct high-level market and financial feasibility studies to identify profitable opportunities.Develop and maintain robust investment models to optimize project structures.Monitor and evaluate the investment performance of ongoing and upcoming projects. 3. Strategic Project ManagementCollaborate closely with internal teams to align project strategies, timelines, and deliverables.Support the Manager / Director in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. Contribute to business development activities and other projects as assigned. 4. Others:Assist Manager / Director closely with daily operation, including translating and interpreting with local authorities, landlords, etc.Other tasks assigned by Manager / Director.Requirements: University degree in Law, Real Estate, Finance or any relevant majors.At least 5 years of working experience in Project Development, Investment, Project Legal or similar role.Have experience in residential projects at real estate developer is a plus.Fluent in English (must have).Good at MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).Skills of market research, analyst, problem-solving.Well organized, able to handle pressure.Confident, enthusiastic, polite and detail-oriented.Working office: 13–15A Nguyen Thi Huynh Street, Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.Working hours: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday. Why you should join N.H.O?International working environment.Social insurance registered on gross salary.Challenges and promising experience as the company is growing and expanding.Opportunities for career advancement.13th – 14th month salary, annual salary review, bonus on public holidays (New Year, Liberation & Labor Day, National Day, etc.).Monthly birthday party, quarterly department meal, annual Health check-up, etc.Friendly, supportive and open-minded colleagues and environment.Other competitive benefits
