In addition, AirCity has participated in programs supported by Google for Startups, further validating its technological direction and scalability.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Leasing Trainee, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with flexibility for some work from home. The Leasing Trainee will assist with leasing processes, ensure accurate lease administration, and support resident retention efforts. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with residents, providing outstanding customer service, and acting as a liaison in leasing-related matters. The role is hands-on but allows for flexibility with partial remote work.QualificationsKnowledge of Leases and experience in Lease AdministrationStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsResident Retention expertise or familiarityAbility to handle administrative tasks efficiently and accuratelyProficiency in English; Vietnamese language skills are a plusAttention to detail and organizational skills
