[Real Estate] Marketing / Graphic Design

Location: Ho Chi Minh City MARKETING DESIGNER Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our residential project marketing initiatives. This role combines design expertise with hands-on marketing execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.   Key Responsibilities: Design & Creative (70%) Design marketing materials including posters, flyers, brochures, signage, videos, EDM and OOH assets such as billboards and hoardings. Update and maintain marketing collaterals across print and digital platforms. Beautify and enhance presentations for internal and external use. Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications. Marketing & Event Coordination (20%) Assist in planning and executing marketing & promotion activities for residential projects. Support the organisation of promotional events, launches, and exhibitions. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Collaboration & Reporting (10%) Doing paperwork’s as assigned Provide regular updates and reports on assigned tasks. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 2-3 years of experience in designing marketing collateral assets for real estate developers including print/online/OOH materials. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and EDM platforms is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese. *Porfilio with highlighted projects are recommended. If you are interested in this role, please get in touch with me at: trinh.nguyen@manpower.com.vn or 0949.469.617 (Zalo)
