Job Description

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for legal consultation, contract affairs, dispute settlement and compliance assessment of workplace and related businesses in Malaysia;Contract management, including standard contract review, contract sealing, filing and statistics;Assist in dispute settlement and rights protection matters, including responding to and filing infringement complaints, collecting evidence and preparing materials, and drafting legal documents;Assist in internal control and compliance work, including system publicity, audit and inspection, data and sample analysis;Other work arranged by the department. QualificationsFull-time bachelor degree or above, law related major, passing the national unified legal professional qualification examination is preferred;More than one year of legal work experience, Internet background or internal control and supervision experience is preferred;Honest, upright, responsible, careful, keen, strong sense of risk, work actively and seriously, full of team spirit;With a solid foundation of legal theory, good logical thinking, communication and expression, analysis and judgment and ability to work under pressure;Familiar with all kinds of office software.
