Legal & Compliance Associate

BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p. A is focused on the development and manufacturing of anticancer drugs with high potency and cytotoxitc characteristics for the Pharmaceuticals Industry.BSP has been at the forefront in the fight agains cancer since 2006.Innovation is the hallmark of BSP with investments in new technologies and production methods in a high containment plant.We are one of the most important Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMOs) for anticancer drugs.The fight against cancer is ours too.We are currently looking for two professionals to join our team: a Legal Associate and a Compliance Associate.Legal Associate:Provide legal advice on civil, commercial and corporate law matters, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations;Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, templates and documents supporting the company’s business activities;Manage pre-litigation matters involving clients, suppliers and third parties;Review and refine contractual documentation already drafted internally, ensuring alignment with applicable legislation and best drafting practices.Compliance AssociateSupport the update, implementation and monitoring of Model 231;Draft, review and update internal policies and procedures;Support compliance activities related to Data Protection / GDPR;Participate in sustainability / ESG projects and initiatives;Manage compliance & ethics assessments, questionnaires, due diligence and evaluate contractual clauses in terms of its impact.Main Requirements:Master’s Degree in Law;At least 3/4 years of experience in contracting (at Companies or Law firms);Excellent knowledge of written and spoken EnglishGreat can-do attitudeIf you meet the requirements, apply now.At BSP we believe in an inclusive workplace that cultivates bold innovation through collaboration, and empowers our people to unleash their full potential.
