The client maintains a structured governance environment and relies on strong legal advisory.)Job SummaryWe are hiring a Senior Legal Consultant on behalf of one of our key clients. The role focuses on providing high-quality legal advisory, managing legal risks, drafting and reviewing agreements, and representing the company before relevant authorities. The client operates within a dynamic business environment and requires a legal expert capable of ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice to the Legal Department and internal stakeholders.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and official documents.Represent the company before judicial bodies and governmental entities when required.Ensure all internal policies and procedures comply with Saudi laws and corporate regulations.Prepare legal studies, reports, and risk assessments.Support the legal team in handling cases, documentation, and follow-ups.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 15 years of experience in legal consulting or reputable law firms.Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and corporate legal frameworks.Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in English is preferred.
