Our Client is a boutique Bulgarian legal firm with 20+ years of experience, representing a diverse client base of international companies, start-ups, family businesses, and local clients across various areas of civil and corporate law. We are looking for a full-time employed legal team member. LEGAL COUNSEL - Commercial LawLocation: Sofia, BulgariaIndustry: Legal Services THE JOBProvide legal advice, prepare legal documents, and manage contract negotiations.Represent clients in litigation cases and dispute resolution proceedingsEnsure compliance with applicable laws and regulationsConduct legal research and analysis to support internal and client-related needsCollaborate with team members and external stakeholders to achieve legal and business objectivesTHE PERSONMaster’s degree in Law & Minimum of 3 years of active professional legal experienceExpertise in Commercial LawStrong skills in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document PreparationExcellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamNative Bulgarian & Fluent in English
