# ProudlyCCIWe are looking for the Legal Counsel to be a part of our Legal team located in Kazakhstan.What we expect:1) Commercial Legal Business Partner:Providing legal support and input in certain shaping law initiatives2) Corporate Secretary:To draft/oversee the standardization of various agreements, Addenda, Amendments, MoUs, LoIs, Notices, Letters, Replies, Opinions etc.Serve as Company Secretary providing legal guidance and ensuring holding of General Meetings as well as corporate reporting/disclosures in compliance with the law.To defend the company in interactions with governmental officers during audits and inspections;Identify any potential risk of dispute from contract-based relations and suggest ways to address it in a timely manner etc.3) Competition Law Compliance and center of expertise:Providing legal assistance to all internal stakeholders in regards to development/revision of internal policies, procedures and SOPS which ensure overall transparency, efficiency and risk mitigation;Ensure that company is compliant with all applicable laws & regulations and provide legal advice and guidelines for contractual matters.Management of domestic and international auditors’ observations and devise action plans to enhance level of compliances related to contract management and corporate secretary and etc.4) Managing team of Legal CounselsQualifications:Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B)Advanced level of English8+ years with corporate law firms and/or as in-house counselComprehension and interpretations of legal provisionsDraftingLegal ResearchWhat We Embrace: “People Centered” FocusEqual Salary AdvocateA Globally Diverse/An International WorkplaceInclusive Team-Building ActivitiesDigital Learning OpportunitiesLeadership Exposure With Organizational EventsInclusive Language And CultureSocial Clubs/NetworksInclusive/Family-Friendly PoliciesWho We AreCCI is a multinational beverage company operating in Türkiye, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Jordan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Syria.
