About this Position This role provides comprehensive legal support to Henkel Türkiye, mainly for the Adhesive Technologies business unit and professional functions. The position focuses on legal counselling, contract management, compliance (including data protection and antitrust), and coordination with external counsels. It offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic multinational environment, ensuring Henkel’s operations comply with local laws and global corporate standards.What You´ll Do Providing legal support for Henkel Adhesive Technologies business unit and professional functions of Türk HenkelProviding legal counselling and legal risk assessment to business units regarding their day-to-day operations and projectsManaging the data protection compliance program of Türk Henkel, in coordination with external counsels, and providing legal counselling to business units in relation to data protection mattersManaging the drafting, revision and negotiation of various contractsEnsuring that Henkel products, any advertisement materials and services meet applicable laws and regulations as well as Henkel’s global corporate standardsFollowing-up the lawsuits which Türk Henkel is a party to, in coordination with external counselsPreparing and conducting legal trainings for Henkel employees, taking an active role in antitrust compliance program of Türk HenkelProviding support to global legal projects in case of need What makes you a good fit Minimum 7 years of post-qualification legal experience gained in a law firm and/or multinational corporate environment; expertise in FMCG or chemicals sector is an additional asset Strong understanding of ethics and compliance mattersGood understanding of business dynamics Aptitude for cross functional working among country and regionExcellent command of English in both speaking and writing Some perks of joining Henkel Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work from anywhere policy for up to 30 days per yearDiverse national and international growth opportunitiesGlobal wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programsGender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeksEmployee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
