Make contracting efficient, consistent, and built for growth.Day-to-day legal operations: Serve as the company’s primary legal point of contact.Practical advisor: Turn complex legal matters into clear, actionable guidance for teams across product, sales, and leadership.External counsel coordination: Partner with outside firms strategically while keeping key decisions and insights in-house.Scalability groundwork: Put the legal systems in place now — templates, governance, and compliance best practices — that will make future audits and fundraising smooth and straightforward.Required QualificationsMinimum of 5 years’ legal experience. Big plus if you have experience as in-house legal counsel at a high-growth tech company. Strong commercial contracting and enterprise negotiation skills — you know how to get complex deals over the finish line without giving up leverage.Solid grounding in privacy, IP, and corporate law.
