These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions – and that we imagine you share with usAbout This OpportunityAs the Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel you will play a valuable role in partnering with Nordea Finance’s business and corporate functions in developing their operations and providing advise within a broad range of critical business and compliance areas. Further, you will play an important role in product development and support all levels of the organisation, including the management, in finding the best solutions to drive business projects and decisions.The Main Tasks For The Position AreFinancial regulatory issues, including EU regulations, anti-money laundering, confidentiality, privacy and corporate governanceAdvice on specific financing schemes, including assessments of whether equipment is suitable for leasingAssessment of collateral and other mortgage & property law issuesDrafting and negotiations of Danish and Nordic cooperation agreements with dealers of cars and equipmentCustomer cases, including negotiations and cases before the Financial Appeals BoardImplementation of new regulations and development of new productsProject management and collaboration with colleagues in Denmark and the Nordic countriesCompany law issuesYou will be physically located within the Danish Nordea Finance Team in Taastrup, and you will be working closely with the rest of Nordea Finance’s legal team and the rest of Group Legal (across the Nordics).
