Swartz Law Firm – European Citizenship, Foreign Passports & Immigration LawSwartz Law Firm, a leading practice specializing in European citizenship, foreign passport restoration, immigration/visa processes, international documentation, and administrative law, is recruiting Legal Pre-Interns, Legal Interns, and Junior Attorneys (0–2 years) to join its expanding legal department.This role combines hands-on legal work with international regulatory processes, direct interaction with European authorities (Romanian, Polish, German, Lithuanian, Austrian, Moldovan), consulates, government ministries, civil registry offices, and documentation entities in Israel and abroad.It is ideal for candidates seeking real legal experience and exposure to a unique and rapidly growing practice area.Key Responsibilities• Assist attorneys in European citizenship and nationality law cases • Review, analyze, classify, and organize official and legal documents (birth, marriage, registry, name changes, citizenship certificates) • Work with government agencies: Ministry of Interior, Population & Immigration Authority, consulates, embassies, and foreign authorities • Conduct legal research in administrative law, nationality law, and immigration-related regulations • Communicate with clients, guide them through legal and documentation processes • Support case preparation and cross-border procedural work • Maintain structured documentation and ensure accurate workflow trackingRequirements✔ Law student (LL.B), Legal Intern, or Junior Attorney (0–2 years) ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✔ Strong organizational ability and meticulous attention to detail ✔ Professional command of English (mandatory) ✔ Ability to manage multi-step legal and regulatory processes ✔ High level of responsibility, precision, and teamworkHighly Preferred Experience (Strong Advantage)• European Citizenship / EU Passport processes: Romanian, Polish, German, Lithuanian, Austrian, Moldovan • Immigration / Visa / Relocation services • Work with Israel’s Ministry of Interior, Population Registry, or governmental authorities • Experience with consulates, embassies, Apostille, MOFA/MOI • Handling official document issuance, verification, or international documentationWe Offer• Significant legal experience in a specialized and in-demand field • Direct exposure to Israeli and European regulatory processes • Professional, supportive, and dynamic environment • Opportunity for long-term integration within the firm • Meaningful international legal work with real client impact📍 Full-time | Ze’ev Jabotinsky 9, Bnei Brak 📧 Apply with your CV: swartz.adv@gmail.com
