The work would operate on a global scale with projects covering multiple regions offering superb exposure for career development.Joining an established legal team and probably one of the best in terms of balancing pay, work/life, personal growth and overall job satisfaction.Focus of WorkShipping: 50%Commodities: 50%Job DescriptionYou will support business teams with agreements such as container, supply and vessel, working across various team leads with support around charter party and various COA issues.Supporting various business teams on commodity related transactions – globally.Working closely with corporate teams, you will also be the lead lawyer for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts such as service agreements, supplier and subcontractor agreements, confidentiality agreements and various policies.Requirements6 - 12 PQEExperienced in shipping (wet and dry) Experience in handling commodities related work – not required but desirableStrong stakeholder management skills with up to date examples for cross-border / difficult / complex parties.Ability to work in a large scale MNC environmentSD Legal was established in 2018 and now with physical office locations across Europe and Asia.To date we have successfully closed over 150+ mandates across the globe, locations include the US, UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East and APAC regions.
