Job Description

The Legal Services Department is looking for an adaptable, enthusiastic and committed person to join a small, extremely busy team providing clerical and secretarial support in the provision of a range of services provided by the Legal Services Department, with particular emphasis on processing legal requests received from Solicitors, Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal, Police and by way of Court Order.You should have previous clerical experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly word, excel and outlook online. Previous legal or NHS experience would be desirable.Knowledge of the Data Protection Act 2018 and Access to Health records act 1990 is desirable.
