Legal Team Administrator12 Month Fixed Term ContractThe Legal Department provides legal advisory and transactional support to all divisions of ICBC Standard. The master agreement negotiation team forms part of the Legal Department.What you'll be doingWe are looking for an experienced interim administrator to support the team. Team members are responsible for putting in place a variety of documentation including ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, FOA, give-ups and documents required from a regulatory perspective.You'll be responsible for:Preparation of execution copies of agreementsArranging approval and execution of agreementsArranging couriers and deliveriesFinding copies of documentation and scanning/sending them on requestAssisting with reconciliations between the Legal department database and other databasesLiaising with other departments and team membersPreparation of standard form documentation and corresponding with counterpartiesMaintenance of the Legal department databaseMaintenance and creation of Excel spreadsheetsFiling/keeping legal files up to dateArchiving and retrieving documents from archiveScanning documents/sending to safe custodyBooking meetingsDrawing up reports with regard to work carried out by the teamWhat you'll need to be successfulWe're looking for the following skills and experience.
