Join our team supporting CNIC's Regional IT mission (100% Remote). CNIC Regional Offices enable improving operational performance and cost reductions through business process definition, analysis, and development of technical capabilities which automate processes or improve transparency for analytics and decision making. The Application Systems Analyst will serve as a critical resource in modernizing legacy systems, developing Power Platform solutions, supporting SharePoint Online administration, managing relational data models, and assisting the client's transition to cloud-native M365 environments.
This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your Secret ClearanceThis position will support our Naples, Italy location with the ability to work 100% remote. Working hours do not have to be completely in sync with Italy time zone (CET) but you will need to support Government Customer as appropriate. In This Role, You WillBuild and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online Lists & Libraries. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards with relational data models, JSON formatting, and dynamic filtering capabilities.
Design and apply metadata-driven document libraries using SharePoint content types, views, document sets, and JSON-based formatting. Act as SharePoint Online Site Collection Administrator, managing permissions, content structure, and user support across multiple regional subsites. Implement custom workflows, intake forms, and business process automation tools using Power Platform and REST APIs. Support data migration and information architecture initiatives (e. g. , P Drive to SharePoint Online Controlled Access Sites). Collaborate with stakeholders on low-code/no-code solution designs and iterative UAT testing sessions. Participate in development sprint planning, product demos, and regional collaboration drumbeat meetings.
Support code review and version control processes (e. g. , Git/SourceTree) where needed. Provide application hardening support and apply DoD Cybersecurity best practices to workflows, access, and list configurations. Support SharePoint Online governance, attend Region Gateway Manager (RGM) syncs, and serve as technical SME for user-driven digital tools.
