In this role, you will support talent attraction and hiring efforts for roles in Research & Development across North America, primarily focusing on Mechanical, Biomedical, Packaging and Textile engineering, as well as R&D Project Management (PMO) and R&D Engineering Leadership roles. As a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner role, you will be partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and acquire top talent to support Stryker’s organizational needs.   This is a full-cycle recruitment role part of our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE).

What You Will DoDevelop deep relationships with R&D and PMO hiring managers and become a trusted partner in the recruitment process. Source, qualify, and interview candidates for open or strategic positions within the division, in partnership with HR business partners and R&D hiring managers. Actively participate in professional and social networking to generate leads and build a diverse candidate pool. Lead marketing initiatives to promote Stryker across talent communities, ensuring a strong and unified brand presence. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition, driving process innovations.

Conduct cold calls to industry contacts, competitor companies, and other leads to convert them into potential candidates. Utilize HiredScore technology to track leads, contacts, and candidates, continuously building a talent pool. Train hiring managers on recruiting processes, interviewing techniques, and sourcing strategies. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree required. 4+ years of work experience in recruiting or talent acquisition related role experience required. Experience in leveraging technology, sourcing, and platforms to manage candidates and build proactive pipelines (Workday, HiredScore, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. ) required. Preferred Qualifications2+ years of previous experience recruiting for technical engineering, manufacturing engineering, R&D engineering, or related field preferred.

$77,200 - $ 160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
