We are looking for pioneers who cut new paths and conquer challenges in our fast-growing future.Roles And ResponsibilitiesYou will deliver the final visual of MP maps for an EA franchise.Working with the team, you will brainstorm and pitch the direction, prove the concept and execute on the delivery. You are responsible for the making the commitment and completing the commitment.You will communicate closely with project leadership and craft leadership, to make sure we are always aligned with game design of the overall product.You will report to APAC studio leadership.Bring levels through every phase of development from concept to polishProactively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure a high quality of workIdentify and address potential risks, dependencies & constraints related to level design with other departments while maintaining AAA qualityIncorporate feedback from research and playtest data to achieve an excellent multiplayer experienceProvide and solicit feedback in a graceful, constructive manner, with suggestions and solutions for improvement to the game editor, processes and projectQualificationsYou shipped at least one AAA title, have 3+ years experience in level art and:Experience in multiplayer shooter games as a level artist and/or an avid playerStrong layout and environment creation skillsFamiliarity with advanced game engineWork with partners to implement upon a visionInterest in the environmental aestheticsBreak down tasks and work with production to produce estimates and priorities.Work well in a multidisciplinary team, spanning artists, programmers, and designers.About Electronic ArtsWe’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
