VP, Sustainability Integration Department Roles & ResponsibilitiesEstablish sustainability strategy, direction, commitments, roadmap and target of the bank that create value and comply with government policies and regulationsConduct analysis and define business direction to capture Sustainability and ESG opportunities for banking industry Initiate new sustainable finance products through internal units and external collaboration with strategic partnersEstablish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new partners to promote collaboration in providing knowledge, guidance, and financial support, as well as expanding market reach.
Research and keep track on emerging policies in both global and local levels, and industry development in sustainability and ESGCoordinate to prepare disclosure reports using international disclosure standards that comply with government policy and regulations such as TCFD, SBTi, GRI and Thailand TaxonomyLead net zero and decarbonization bank-wide planAssess the progress and monitor the implementation of ESG target and prepare assessment reports for Sustainable Banking Committee’s oversight, CG and Board of DirectorsBe the focal point of ESG practice from BOT and other regulators to ensure alignment with BUsQualification: 1.
Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in Sustainability, Finance, Management, Economics or any related field 2. At least 5 years of working experience in sustainability, strategic planning, management consulting, market research or industry/peer analysis 3. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, presentation and communication skills. 4. Fluent both in Thai and English. 5. Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI and AI 6.
