This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process during our peak season.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience. What You BringPrevious experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus. Availability to work on-site in Jonestown, PA at least 3 days per week. Flexibility to support occasional hiring events outside standard business hours.
