Job DescriptionPosition: Procurement Specialist Position Reports to: Associate Manager - ProcurementDepartment: Global ProcurementLocation: Bangkok, ThailandRole Summary: The Procurement Specialist is responsible for finding quality goods and services at an acceptable price that meets the organization's needs. This role will manage vendor development and a pool of suppliers for raw materials, including chemicals, packing materials and outsource suppliers for finished goods. The successful candidate will also drive project governance, performance tracking, and continuous improvement within the procurement function. This role ensures structured execution of initiatives, supports digital procurement transformation, and provides operational visibility to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage dashboards for procurement KPIs and savings trackingCoordinate project timelines, resource alignment, and milestone reportingSupport process documentation, SOP development, and policy updatesLead procurement tool adoption and digital transformation initiativesFacilitate procurement governance reviews and compliance auditsWhat You Will Do: Collaborate cross-functionally to execute procurement-related projectsSupport the implementation and optimization of procurement systemsMonitor the execution of sourcing pipeline and report on project statusDocument procurement processes and support change management initiativesAnalyse operational data to recommend efficiency improvementsBe actively involved in project management activitiesQualifications and Skills: Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline5+ years of experience in procurement operationsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar toolsFamiliarity with procurement tools (e. g. , SAP, Coupa)Experience in digital procurement transformation or process designPreferred: Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc. )The above job description is intended to describe the general content, identify the essential functions of, and requirements for the performance of this job.
