The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and nurturing qualified leads through LinkedIn. This role focuses on B2B and B2C lead generation, campaign management, and supporting the sales pipeline. Knowledge of IT services (Web Development, UI/UX, Digital Marketing) is preferred. Experience with Indeed outreach and email marketing is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns (Indeed & email optional).Identify and research relevant decision-makers (CEOs, Managers).Create personalized connection requests and cold messaging sequences.Maintain CRM with leads, outreach activity, and responses.Collaborate with BD and Sales teams to convert leads into clients.Track KPIs: response rates, booked meetings, and conversions.Optimize outreach campaigns based on performance and market trends.Qualification:Minimum 1 year of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B outreach, or sales support.Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, and outreach strategies.Experience in IT, SaaS, or digital marketing industries (preferred).Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Dev, UI/UX, Digital Marketing).Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).Optional: Experience with Indeed outreach & email marketing.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).What We Offer:Competitive salary packagePerformance Incentives:Up to 10–20% commission per saleAdditional incentives for exceeding targetsSaturday & Sunday offOpportunity to work with multiple brands and industriesLearning and growth opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentCreative freedom and exposure to real client projectsAnnual leaves
