Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Chef based in Lahore. The Chinese Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic Chinese dishes, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and food quality. Responsibilities include developing menu items, maintaining a clean workspace, and working closely with the kitchen team to meet customer expectations and provide a memorable dining experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Chinese cuisine preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary presentationKnowledge of menu development, ingredient selection, and kitchen managementFamiliarity with maintaining food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standardsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic kitchen environmentExperience in an authentic Chinese kitchen or culinary training in Chinese cuisine is preferredAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse teamPositive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality mealsFluency in Chinese language is an added advantage but not mandatory
