About the Role:You will create and manage content that improves organic reach and supports brand growth. The role requires strong planning skills, clear writing, and a practical understanding of platform trends. You will produce scripts, posts, and long form content that meet audience needs. This role suits individuals who value consistency, discipline, and measurable output.Key Responsibilities:• Plan weekly content ideas based on audience data.• Create short and long form content.• Write scripts, captions, and descriptions.• Record or coordinate the recording of content when required.• Optimize posts for search and platform algorithms.• Track performance and share weekly insights.• Maintain content quality and follow brand guidelines.Requirements:• Degree in marketing, mass communication, or a related field.• Strong content planning and scripting skills.• Experience with short and long form content.• Basic understanding of SEO and analytics.• Good communication skills.• Able to manage workload and meet deadlines.• Full time, 8 hours, 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday.Salary:• Monthly compensation of 50,000 to 60,000 PKR.
