Your insight, product intuition, and innovation mindset will directly influence the brands we build for our North American clients.This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine data, creativity, competitive intelligence, and global sourcing to recommend products that can win - and win big.Deep Product Research, Market Discovery & Innovation Strategy➝ Conduct advanced, deep-dive product research across the US, Canada, UK, and emerging marketplaces.➝ Identify high-demand, low-competition, high-margin PL opportunities across multiple niches.➝ Evaluate market gaps by analyzing:Competitor weaknessesCustomer pain pointsReview insights & patternsPricing dynamicsOpportunity trends➝ Develop unique product differentiation and innovation ideas based on data, competitor gaps, and consumer psychology.➝ Build product justification reports with:Market demandKeyword landscapeCompetitor matrixRevenue potentialProduct risksProposed innovation angle➝ Use tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Amazon Opportunity Explorer and manual research techniques.Global Product Sourcing & Supplier Management➝ Source products from China, Vietnam, Pakistan, USA, EU, and other global supplier networks.➝ Identify and verify manufacturers beyond generic marketplaces when needed.➝ Evaluate suppliers based on:PricingMOQsLead timesQuality controlCommunication qualityPast performance➝ Request quotations, negotiate pricing, evaluate samples, and recommend the best sourcing path.➝ Maintain a sourcing tracker and maintain relationships with potential manufacturers.Product Validation & Decision SupportPrepare well-structured Product Opportunity Reports for client and internal review.Present product ideas with strong logic, data, and strategic reasoning.Help clients compare product pathways and choose the most promising opportunities.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with listing, design, and PPC teams to provide product insight that guides strong launches.Coordinate with client teams to understand brand direction, niche preferences, and business goals.Who You AreYou are not a basic product hunter - you are a strategic thinker with strong product intuition and a deep understanding of Amazon Private Label dynamics. You thrive on uncovering hidden opportunities and thinking critically about markets, customers, and competition. We’re looking for someone who brings:Must-Have Expertise2-3 years of deep, proven Private Label product research experience - across multiple niches and marketplaces.Ability to conduct advanced research manually, not just tool dependency.Experience transforming customer reviews and competitor data into innovation ideas.Strong global sourcing experience (China + other manufacturing hubs).Proficiency with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Opportunity Explorer.Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.Plus PointsStrong understanding of consumer psychology and product positioning.Ability to build structured product comparison decks and opportunities pipeline.Experience dealing directly with suppliers (quotes, samples, negotiations).Strong communication and presentation skills.Who Else Can ApplyCandidates with roles/titles such as:Private Label Product Research SpecialistProduct Development SpecialistAmazon PL StrategistSourcing & Procurement SpecialisteCommerce Product Strategistare encouraged to apply.Why Join UsAt MicroAgility APAC, we invest in you.
