Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Karāchi, where the Employer Branding Intern (Lead Generation) will have the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The intern will support employer branding initiatives by creating targeted recruitment marketing strategies, identifying and engaging potential talent, and managing communication efforts to strengthen teksoar.'s brand as an employer of choice. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing and recruitment teams, generating and qualifying leads, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing to build and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.Strong Communication skills for engaging with potential talent and various stakeholders effectively.Experience or understanding of Marketing and Recruiting concepts to drive lead generation and talent acquisition initiatives.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a hybrid work setup.Familiarity with digital platforms and employer branding strategies is a plus.Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields.
